Be YOU when crafting

Find your own style. Being you when creating is important. Try not to copy other Creators. Look what they have created but do you. Find your own creative voice or put your own spin on things. In the world of copies be an original.
You can only achieve this by playing and not being afraid of making flops. Flops are our biggest learning curve when creating, through making a flop we learn valuable lessons. We do not fail, we fail better every time. Isn't that how life is in general? You fall but stand up. The old saying says fall 7 times but stand up 8. Dust yourself off. It is not final. You can take another piece of paper and try something else. Never be too hard on yourself, we are our own worst critics.
One rule to always remember in the creative world is to have fun. The second rule is to remember to breathe. And when in doubt remember rule number 1.
I'd love to hear your thoughts. Leave a comment below and tell me whether you agree or disagree and why.
Best wishes, Christa
